@Erica Morrow Yes! I recommend @Amber Gonion & @Jordan Moorhead to help you find some deals.

To raise funds, start with your immediate network and their extended networks. You've got to show them your business plan, how they'll make money and how their capital will be protected in case of something going wrong.
