Newbie in Charlotte, NC area

Hello BP!

I’m a newbie looking to invest in the Charlotte, NC area. All I know is that the city and surrounding suburbs are booming and growing faster than anyone can keep up with. I’m looking for someone to show me the ropes and help me along through the process. I’ve never done a deal before, besides a family house renovation/flip, which was the most fun project ever.

Any mentors out there needing someone to help out in their business?

@Ruben Anthony @Lauren Natale A great resource to find just about anything you’ll need for investing in Charlotte and surrounded areas, is the Charlotte Real Estate Facebook group. Has over 5k members, of newbie to experienced investors. If you’re in the area looking for real estate meetups, there is a calendar in the group with just about every meet up in the area.
