Daytona beach investing (house hacking)

Hey, I'm new to BP and in Indiana but looking to move to Daytona Beach, FL. I'd love to buy a duplex/triplex and house hack one side of it. I want to visit a local REIA in that area this summer and connect with other investors before moving.

Anyone know of any local REIAs?

Any advice from current investors or things to look for when looking in that area or coastal Florida towns in general?

Any blogs that I should be pointed to?

I'm young and don't have a lot of money to spend and will likely be BRRRR'ing.

Any Realtor’s that invest in this area would be a bonus!
