I am located at Tyler Tx and I am planning to do my first few deals this year.

I am in Tyler. Just bought a rental that I'm rehabbing. Angie is someone I've spoken to and she is invaluable with helping take those first steps. Do your research first. Inventory is low on "great" deals because people pounce the day after something comes on the MLS.
