Looking for an easy way to pull comps on previously sold properties

I looked at Zillow.  However, I'm looking for something that doesn't show the current estimated value.  What do appraisers or realtors use to pull the comps in the area?

You can only run comps with access to the local MLS. Nothing else is accurate at all or even close. Sold data does not port to all of the sites and not all in several states.
