Just closed on my first Property since joining BP!
I closed today on my first property since joining BP. This site has been so helpful in helping me to learn more and to help give me the drive. This makes my 5th buy and hold property in all and hope to buy that many next year alone. I purchased this home for 10,500. It was a forecloser that is a 3/2 that after about $5,000 in repair should rent for $500. Thanks for all the help and Support BP members
