Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $175,000
Cash invested: $10,000

Purchased the property in 2021, staged the property (I'm a certified home stager), set it up for vacation rental - STR.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Close to Fort Myers Beach & Sanibel/Captiva

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

We bought 2 houses Side by Side.

How did you finance this deal?

Mortgage

How did you add value to the deal?

The properties are located close to beaches but not in the "ideal" location however, properties are located at the end of a dead end street with a park across the street.

What was the outcome?

Successful Vacation Rental - 80%
