Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $198,000
Cash invested: $59,000

Such a cute single family house in another up and coming neighborhood. Had a garage too! We added granite countertops (because that was my day job then), painted the kitchen cabinets and that was about it. It was good to go. And it's been a great property!
