Cash invested: $80,000

This was initially a fix and flip deal that turned BRRRR. We got the property off market at a great price and decided that the location and future opportunity outweighs the benefits of a quick resale. We are still working on deciding the best exit strategy at this time but are leaning towards STR or Group Home for increased returns.
