Help me analyze this deal
Good morning everyone,
I have been researching and listening to podcast on real estate that past few year and I have yet to make a deal. I came across a house that is selling right next to my current home which would be off the market deal. I would be using hard money lending (I've heard it's around 10% with a 1% origination fee) . I would love to get some feedback on what the pros think.
