What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The city is changing the zoning in the area. Plan is to purchase multiple vacant lots for future development.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Hey @Jamie Parker. Are you looking to build on the vacant lots or just hold on to them and sell them later? I've worked with several folks in Missouri that have done similar deals with the STL and KC land banks.
