Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $375,000
Cash invested: $35,000

Purchased this BRRRR property off a client off market, and I am renovating it to rent out. Should rent for $3250/month and cash flow a little.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

My overall strategy is BRRRR, and there was good equity gain here.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

It was from a listing appointment

How did you finance this deal?

I used a HELOC along with a conventional loan

How did you add value to the deal?

Made things easy for the seller, and then renovated.

What was the outcome?

Good so far!

Lessons learned? Challenges?

My wife learned to do her first rehab on this one.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I represented myself, and I used Jason Stevenson for the financing.
