Ugliest flips you have done
Can anyone share an ugly flip you have done and the results/advise. I had the opportunity to buy a flip at 400k, the exterior repair cost came in at $50k and the interior was so bad no one would give me a quote. The out price was about $700 so I figured 150 would be a good number and I could pull the trigger. Well, 3 GCs no one would give me a quote...So I let it go.
