I used to go down the rabbit hole trying to pick the “right” market before even looking at deals what’s worked better for me is kind of flipping that around instead of starting with the market, I just look for deals and ask if they actually make sense? If nothing pencils, it’s probably not a great market at least for what I’m trying to do.
