Fix and Flip - Darien IL

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $370,000
Cash invested: $430,000
Sale price: $530,000

We bought this property off-market. It's one of two properties we bought from the same family- easy cash transaction, no inspections, and allowing them to leave anything they'd like behind in the home. A LOT of junk removal, wall paper removal, then refinishing of hardwood, kitchen cabinets, new tops/ miscellaneous updates throughout.

Nice! Looks like you should have a good return on this one. How long will the rehab process take before you get it to market?

It's actually already sold, closed on it in May. Held for about 5 months total.

 Congrats! On to the next!
