Hi,
I am looking into investing in a multi family unit home in the Cleveland area. Can anyone tell me more about the market there? Did anyone buy a home from a turnkey investment place and has them now manage it? Which areas are good and bad to invest in Cleveland? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks

I've dealt with different agents, PMs and contractors in Cleveland. If you are already pre-approved with a lender that tells me you are serious and not kicking tires......If that's you then reach out to me and I can let you know who the decent PMs are I have dealt with and who to absolutely avoid at all costs.
