Dear BP community,

Would you please offer any words/advice/suggestion/warning for one to consider before buying a foreclosure in Philadelphia ? What are possible risks involved and what one should watch out for?

Thank you all in advance !!!

if there's a clear title and you're going through a title company then I doubt there is a risk. You may want to check to make sure there are no back taxes and that the house is not condemned (if that matters to you)
