Does anyone know the minimum ceiling height for basement conversion to a habitable unit in Oakland, CA?

@Kyle Zaylor ? @Shiloe B. is also..

I believe state of CA is 7 feet now, but I think maybe Oakland is higher..?

A reference to the code is awesome! Thanks!

Oakland is 7'-6" minimum for habitable living space. You can do baths at 7'-0".

They require a little more height than the statewide code, not sure what their reasoning is behind it.
