borrowing against re investment
I have a 25k stake and in a property(6 paradise cove Tiburon California). I also have been diagnosed with ms which is preventimg me from working. Would anyone out there be willing to make a 6k loan against my 25k position ? Or maybe even buy me out? The property is not throwing off any cash as the investment is being marketed for sale so it is at the end of it's "investment life". Please let me know if interested or what may be appealing to you.
