Curious if anyone on here has had any success with any of the asset managers on here in regards to purchasing a portfolio of Rep's?

If this is correct you will have a VERY hard time finding someone to do so unless you have a proven track record of what you want to do. Those that have great credit and the ability to get credit have it bc they managed it wisely. They will be less likely to allow someone that has shown poor money management to mess up their credit.

"When someone wants/needs credit they seldom can get it, on the contrary when someone doesn't need/want credit it is very much available in most cases."

I used to have excellent credit. My sin was getting caught up in the RE frenzy of the late 2000's. It wasn't enough for them to essentially steal every penny to my name, they had to have a hand in destroying my great credit. Not one of the bigwigs were brought up for prosecution because they are being protected by the Obama Admin. Just goes to show that white collar crime does pay in this country. Donate enough to anyone's campaign and you can tramples all over people with impunity. They walked away with billions and helped to destroy the lives of millions of Americans. At the very least people who were effected by this scam ought to have their credit reset to where it was before. My 2 cents.

If you're looking for a credit partner, does that mean you bring equity to the table, or does it mean you bring deals to the table or both?

Just looking for someone with good credit to pay them a percentage of approved credit lines. Once the debt is paid off they will be removed from my business.

What is a REIC? My advertisements on Craigslist got a few responses but nothing that materialized.  And unfortunately everyone I know is a derelict who has worse credit than me. Once people find out if you stop paying it will effect their credit they shut down. No one trusts a stranger. And no one in my family is worth a ****. They either ignore you or take advantage of you. Indeed!

I wish I had a credit partner. They will mirror the credit partners credit score on the business and you can get funding that way. The person becomes part of your business and you can pay them a percentage of approved credit lines. The only way things can go south for the credit partner is if you stop paying the lines of credit, then it will reflect on their credit. Otherwise it will not, as it is credit for the business. The strategy would be to pay the loan off as quickly as possible and remove the partner from the business. A credit partner would not be needed for me if I didn't get beat up in the real estate bubble. Not only did I loose all of my money but my great credit score was destroyed. And they just got away with it.

Curious if anyone knows a place to find a credit partner? If so, what was your experience?

I have a 25k stake and in a property(6 paradise cove Tiburon California). I also have been diagnosed with ms which is preventimg me from working. Would anyone out there be willing to make a 6k loan against my 25k position ? Or maybe even buy me out? The property is not throwing off any cash as the investment is being marketed for sale so it is at the end of it's "investment life". Please let me know if interested or what may be appealing to you. Thanks! Best, Mark Moses
