NY seller & buyer contracts

Hello BP! I was wondering if someone can direct me to where I can find wholesaling contracts for sellers and buyers specifically accepted in NYS. Through my research I've found that the contracts provided by the BP site are not accepted in NYS. I've also learned that trying to get an attorney to write one for you can be pretty expensive.
