Hey guys I have a question, while D4D I found a fire damage property while doing my research I found that the property is listed on the MLS for sale. My question is how exactly do I go about making an offer? Do I contact the agent and tell me I'm trying to wholesale it?

Hello BP! I was wondering if someone can direct me to where I can find wholesaling contracts for sellers and buyers specifically accepted in NYS. Through my research I've found that the contracts provided by the BP site are not accepted in NYS. I've also learned that trying to get an attorney to write one for you can be pretty expensive. Thank you in advance!

@Michael Correale - How are you finding dealing with the banks when it comes to POF. I am a newbie from LI as well interested in working with REO's. Through my research I found that most banks ask for you to provide POF under your name or business. I'm not sure how accurate that is, but as you may know for someone getting started it may be a bit confusing with all the different answers being thrown out there. hope to hear from you soon- Thank you!

@Myra F. May I ask if you've had any success in the Long Island market? I am in the process of getting my team together, but like you I've had thoughts maybe getting into another market.
