Looking for Financing on 1.2m Property

Greetings, My partner and I have come across a property that is 1.2m listing price . It would be or first investment property together. We are seeking an investment for down payment around 200k. Roi is 14% annually. We would need to purchase this property at around 900k to make the most money. It is a 7unit 8 bath apartment with 6000sq ft and 4parking spaces next to the city of Boston.
