First Short Sale
My first short sale drove my wife crazy due to the amount of time it took. From the time we made an offer to the closing date it took just over a year. I still up till today have no idea why it would take so long. My wife states we will never do that again, but she's wrong, lol. I just need to find a way to reduce her stress with the next short sale. Happy wife = Happy life. All the married people out there understands that. lol
