Good Afternoon BP,

First off I want to thank everyone on this site for your help. Today my MA real estate license arrived in the mail and I'm stoked. A few years ago I came across Bigger Pockets researching how to turn my VA Loan into a Duplex. Sure enough, down the rabbit hole I went, podcast after podcast, book after book, etc after etc, you get the idea. It's transformed from an idea, into a hobby, into an obsession.

My passion for Real Estate is making me a better person and Bigger Pockets has been the catalyst fueling me, enabling me, and pushing me.  This forum is an amazing place and I want to thank everyone that contributes.

Good Luck @Jim Sestito, I'd recommend www.nightbeforetheexam.com if you need to cram, it was a huge help for me for the general section of the test.  For the state section not so much, I'd study the state stuff thoroughly from the book.
