projects. I have completed 5 flips over a period 21 months and this will sixth project. I picked up this property through the MLS as a probate sale.

Project has been 3 week behind schedule due to lousy window contractor, which is also holding backing painting the exterior.

Purchase Price $155k (01/29/16)

around $25-30k in rehab and closing cost 

 Estimated sale price $250-260k
