Building on stilts
Does anyone have experience building on stilts? There's a bit of land near my parents vacation house that hasn't been touched in years, i.e. roof falling in. Clearly in would need to be leveled and the local code requires 15' stilts for new construction.
Roughly the lot is 240' (waterfront) x 350' (street side). Its a corner lot with two teardown homes on it,
