Any meet ups in Baltimore, Maryland
My wife and I have done no prior training before we started. In 2013 my wife and I cashed out our401k and purchased a 3 bedroom single family in Baltimoreh Maryland. The property was purchased in the same neighborhood I grew up in 21212.
3months after purchasing we were able to rent it out. In 9months we purchased another one in the same zip code and rented it out. We are now on our 5th property in he 21213. I have a nich for this area I grew up in there are plenty of properties that could be rehabbed and rented. I can help anyone that wants to invest in the 21213. I am willing to prospect for you and choose. I am working on my 6 property now just need help with financing.

There are lots of REIAs and meetups in the area. My favorite in the Baltimore area is the BWI meetup. There is also the Baltimore REIA which is closer to you. The MD REIA, and MARIEA as well asa the Real Deal Meetup.
