Mobile Homes for renting
Hey everyone.
I was looking at mobile homes to be a way to easily supplement income for someone starting out by renting them out, and then being less expensive a mortgage would be cheaper and it would cash flow more. Is this a good strategy and are mobile homes very marketable for renting to tenants? I'm from the Omaha area.
