Hey everyone. I was looking at mobile homes to be a way to easily supplement income for someone starting out by renting them out, and then being less expensive a mortgage would be cheaper and it would cash flow more. Is this a good strategy and are mobile homes very marketable for renting to tenants? I'm from the Omaha area.

I am brand new to learning about real estate investing and would like to take experienced investors to get coffee and breakfast to ask questions and hear your story of how you got started. I would also like to tell you where I am at in the process and would ask for any advice you would give out to start out. Thanks for reading, and please let me know.

Anyone willing to give their past experience in fix and flip buying and selling?

I want to fix on my own, I am confident in my previous experience doing many repairs on other families homes growing up with my dad. He also offered to help me out if I needed it. A friend of mine and I are looking at starting up a partnership going into a couple of houses at first and we are looking at single family homes to start out. Our after repair value will depend on the property size and number of rooms, but I would not mind going upwards to $150,000+. The financing hurdle is the one we are currently working on. We are just beginning to talk to lenders and some of the down payments may be private money. Any suggestions would be awesome. We have a couple of properties we are looking at.

Recent College Grad, looking at starting investing in Council Bluffs and Omaha. Can fix houses would like to learn about fix and flipping in that area. Any help would be awesome!
