Wholesaling in Tulsa, Ok

I am soon to be out of the military, currently overseas, and I'm looking to start becoming a real estate investor as soon as I land in Tulsa, OK.

1. Is it ok to wholesale in that Ok? If you don't know, where do I find out?

2. Where should I begin? (I've taking many free courses online, looked at all I can and I will continue educating myself)

3. I know the basics of wholesaling (finding a motivated buyer, getting property under contract, assigning it to buyer, finding buyer, closing the deal.) but how about the small details?

      - where do I get the contracts?

      - do I put a time clause in the assignment contract?(such as, I have a certain amount of time to close deal)

       - what are the inbetween stuff that I need to do?

      - anything I can do in preparation for a deal? (Should I bring contract to seller, or should I bring him to attorney of some sort)?
