Cash Flow vs Cash Now
Hello BP,
I'm in the need of some advice. I'm currently on the process to deploy and I have been doing some updates on the house I'm in now. I was planning to sell it but after talking to a friend, he is actually renting his house so the idea of renting came in mind.
Here are the numbers:
ARV: 225,000
Owe: 155,000
Mortgage-ins-taxes-hoa: 1100
Rehab: 7000
Utilities: 200
Commission: 15,750
Profit if sold: 45,950
Rents go between: 1500-1600
I'm in the fence between selling or renting but wanted to get BP's advice before making a decision.
