So I am meeting with someone about Real Estate Investing next Saturday. Im excited and nervous, and I dont want to waste the person's time. What should I prepare myself with? What types of questions should I ask? etc.

The types of questions you should ask should be geared more towards "what can I give" rather than "what can I take". Find out how to add value. Be honest, don't prop yourself up trying to look like someone who is an expert, you will turn them away.

Just ask questions, find out what THEY are looking for and how you can be of value to them. I can't stress that enough. Your benefit will be able to have that oversight and connection in REI starting off.

Good luck and have fun!
