Need help with my first multi purchase in NJ.

hello everyone. 

I was able to find a small multifamily property and was wondering if there is a way to see the history of the property - similarly to history on Zillow. 

Also, it is my first purchase, and If someone in the NJ are have expirience with purchasing and managing small multifamily (6-10 units) please let me know. 

Any other advice or tips would be greatly appreciated as this is my first buy&hold purchase.
