Should I trust the sellers agent that his comps are correct?

Hello, I am in the process of analyzing a very strong deal, i am not working with an agent, but the house is listed on the MLS. I asked the sellers agent if he could get me the comps on the property since I don't have access to it. Am i right for trusting him, or how can I pull them myself?? Thanks for the help!

No, you can't trust the sellers comps. Hire your own agent to work on your behalf
