Buy this deal or not?
So we Have 11 units right now. 1 duplex and 9 SFH's that we have alot of equity built in them. So i have this Deal and the link is below showing the numbers. Needs alot of work there are 2 homes on on property and one parcel cant separate either. I know it makes for a decent or good rental property but not much room for resale value maybe $10,000 in equity its right around all or are properties also. Both need a good amount of work.
