When I first came here I was not even interested in real estate AT ALL. I was just googling the internet trying to get information on how to buy a house on the low to get out of paying rent.

I don't think I've hit the real estate investor lotto, but after being a member here for almost 2 years I've learned & applied enough to finally turn in my 2 week notice at my job.

I would like to thank all my mentors & friends who helped make this day happen:

@Denise Evans

@Roy Oliphant

@Michael Watts

@Alisha D.

Johnathan Mednick, Jeff Shadrick, and the entire REITrader family.

SO give us the scoop.  How many units?  What's the cash flow?  Did you do it all in 2 years?
