Purchased Our First 2 Properties, Topock, AZ

My Wife and I just signed the final paperwork on our very first 2- Properties. We purchased 3 Bed / 2 Bath and the vacant lot next-door in Topock / Golden Shores, AZ. I'm picking up the keys Monday or Tuesday 7/16 or 17/2018. Our plan is to live in the stick built home that is there now, improve the lot add a Manufactured Home, rent it out, then rent the first home and move on to the next deal ASAP. 

Our Stretch Goal is to have 20-Rentals in the next 2- Years.
