My Wife and I just signed the final paperwork on our very first 2- Properties. We purchased 3 Bed / 2 Bath and the vacant lot next-door in Topock / Golden Shores, AZ. I'm picking up the keys Monday or Tuesday 7/16 or 17/2018. Our plan is to live in the stick built home that is there now, improve the lot add a Manufactured Home, rent it out, then rent the first home and move on to the next deal ASAP. 

Our Stretch Goal is to have 20-Rentals in the next 2- Years. 

I have a Realtor that I'm working with who was a Customer of mine that is discounting my commission, but thank you for the offer. 

We Live in Southern California, Victorville. We haven't invested anywhere as of yet. I'm selling my Service Company and we will be selling our home and likey downsizing and investing in rental properties with the remainder.

Thank you for the welcome. Very likely we are moving to Arizona. Bullhead City AZ or Laughlin NV still looking though.
