Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) wholesale investment in Jacksonville.

Purchase price: $16,000
Sale price: $21,000

Sold a property with a single family 3/1 and 2/1 apartment on the same lot. In addition, the property came with an extra lot next to it.
