VA loan for Four-plex

Hello,

I am planning to obtain a loan through the VA and purchase a four-plex around the Chicagoland area. Has anyone used their VA loan for purchasing a four-plex? If you have, I would like to ask if you can share your experience, and provide any recommendations as I get ready to go through the process before September.

Landlord experience is only needed if you are trying to use the rental income on the property to qualify for the mortgage. If your personal income qualifies for the mortgage then you won't have any issues getting approved for a VA loan.
