Contractor in Simi Valley or San Fernando Valley
I am possibly moving on from my current general contractor. I am looking for an honest contractor that is accustomed to quality "mid grade" (apartment quality) remodels and timely completion. This house will be fully rehabbed and kept as a rental. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I have already placed inquiry through BPs list of contractors.
