1st Deal House Hacking

Hello everyone,

I am looking to make my first deal through house-hacking. I believe I have found a good deal in a triplex. However, all 3 units are currently occupied.

My question is this, do I have to wait until one lease is up to purchase so that I can move in, or are there other ways to going about it?

All advice will be appreciated, thanks!
