I'll get things started!

2019 has been a great year with many learning experiences that have made me a better friend, businessman, investor and person.

I am grateful for my amazingly supportive family and friends.

My business partners who are a pleasure to work with and have taught me a lot.I am grateful for my new business GSP REI and the income producing portfolio we are putting together.

I am extremely thankful for my investors that make it possible for me to do what I do! As well as my wonderful tenants!

Here's to great relationships, great food and football this Thanksgiving!

I'll add...I'm thankful first and foremost that God allowed my existence in this world of ours and that He has a plan for my life though I may not always understand it or even travel the path He would want me to take. I'm thankful that I won the birth lottery and had the privilege of being raised mostly in the USA.  I get to travel the world with my job and love a ton of what I have seen, but I'm thankful to be able to come home to Red White and Blue. I'm thankful that a young lady saw something in me 36 years ago and took a chance and leap of faith on a knucklehead who through her help and gentle persuasion helped mold me into to the constantly evolving child of God I am. I am thankful for the Bigger Pockets community that I've watched from the sidelines for years and the encouragement of the contributors, most recently @Avery Carl, @Lucas Carl and @Parker Borofsky who helped me get out of my own way and make a move to purchase our 1st STR in the Smokies, which I just put up on VRBO last night and by this afternoon had my first holiday booking in hand. I'm thankful for good health, great kids and grandkids who truly have grown too fast.  I am thankful for my faith in Jesus Christ and His gift to me.  And, I am thankful for MARVEL Studios and all the Superhero movies :)  Happy Thanksgiving all

I'm grateful for my very loving and supportive boyfriend. I'm grateful for my business partner for contributing not only to my professional success but my physical existence as he's my dad. I'm grateful for BP for giving me a free education that's better than I received in 4 years of college. And I'm gratefully for advanced technology that allows me to learn while I'm running, cleaning, and driving in my car.
