Short Sale Transaction Success!

Closing this morning on a Short Sale transaction with two lien holders and an HOA lien that has been over 9 long months of crazy ups and downs. I was already in escrow on this at the BP Summit...that is how long it's been! In the meantime, we purchased two other properties and gained great experience elsewhere. It can pay to just wait it out and not walk away, as long as you are not depending on it to happen. Closing at $40 per sq. foot less than the neighborhood average on a beautiful home built in 2005. Happy Thanksgiving!

Congrats Jonna! This shows, as other have suggested, that short sales - while potentially lucrative - shouldn't be the only egg in your basket of investing strategies. Good job!
