Does anyone have any recommendations on an online course I can take to get my real estate license in the state of Wisconsin ?? Any feedback will help thanks

PM if you are looking for an internship or want to be an assistant. The agent you work with will pay for the course. A lot of the things you can do as an intern or junior assitant don't require a license. Once you are ready to take on tasks that require a license your agent will be happy to pay for that. I just did.

You can take the WRA course at a discount with Jodi Graf at Premier Point or the Borowskis at Homestead. It's the same course for cheaper...I think $299 or something. Also check out WRA's Partnership for Success Program which helps minorities with the start up costs of becoming a realtor.

@Miguel Sanson Join as many different groups you can. Information comes from different places. Invest in yourself. And soak up as much as you can. I run a Facebook group where people network learn and grow together.

@Miguel Sanson you make very strong points but I would just like to point out deals found on MLS are usually not that good because they’re already on the market. As an investor you spend more time actually doing real estate. Making offers on property, managing rehabs, fine tuning your investment strategy. Don’t be overwhelmed by real estate. Your young embrace the learning experience.

Go to WRA.org and they will have all the state courses right there for you. Good luck :-)

@Nathaniel Green The reason I want a real estate license is so I can get an internship or be an assistant to other agents that have more experience and get in on how they go about there days and how they look for deals and to learn more about real estate while potentially expanding my network and knowledge. I’ve also read that being able to get into the MLS is a great tool to use to find property deals and get access to real time data. I am currently 20 years old and a Wisconsin native and am simply looking to expand my knowledge and network by working with other investors/agents. If u have any feedback I’d appreciate it thanks.
