Check out this video on Yahoo about two guys that paid $300K to buy a house to flip. Turns out the garage was filled with artwork worth $30M. Guess I need to be more careful what I throw away when trashing out a house!

This is like the time I found an old beer can from the 80's, only it wasn't worth millions, and instead of getting it appraised, one of the laborers drank some of it and threw it out...
