Lessons learned? Challenges?
The turnkey property was great but the property manager provided by the company was terrible. Dealt with tenants abandoning the place before the end of the lease and terrible PM service. Learned "a lot" about screening the PM for all future deals, more DON'Ts than DO's ;). Read the whole story below:
