How did you add value to the deal?

Remodeled the interior, new bathroom, refinished floors, painted entire home updated all finishes. Spent approximately $26,000 on the remodel

What was the outcome?

After 6 months, cash out refinance done on the home. Home appraised for $95,000 which allowed me to pull out most of my money.
