Investment Info:

Condo buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $265,000
Cash invested: $500

Great turn-key, fully renovated, buy & hold a few minutes from our home.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

It was absolutely done, close to our house, and would cash flow immediately.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found on the MLS & I acted as the agent - put my commission towards the purchase price which was so cool!

How did you finance this deal?

Cash

How did you add value to the deal?

Added a washer & dryer & some window units

What was the outcome?

Currently up for rent, with a lot of interest - hoping to rent it by the end of the month!

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I worked as the agent, which was the reason I became an agent to begin with: to buy investment properties!

Thats a great deal. I am also studying to be an Agent so I can find fixers and flip them or buy investments eventually. I already do a few flips a year but i'd do more but can't really find any through agents I work with. Congrats!!
